Shipping: We make every effort to process and ship all orders in a timely manner. However we cannot guarantee delivery by any definite date regardless of the shipping method chosen. Most orders are shipped within 2 business days so please allow at least 2 business days for processing. Some orders are shipped the same day and others may take several days. For that reason keep in mind that choosing overnight delivery does not guarantee you will receive your order the day after placing your order. Allow appropriate time for processing and consider the fact that we do not process orders on weekends and we do not offer weekend delivery, also take into account the time of day that you place your order.
Returns: Due to the personal nature of our products, and due to health concerns we cannot accept any returns of used products. Please take care to inspect all products immediately upon receipt and notify us immediately of any defects. Defective products will be replaced with exact model replacement products only with pre-approved return authorization (RA). To request a RA for a defective product use our contact form providing as much detail as to the defect or problem as possible and we will issue an RA. Please follow the RA instructions carefully to insure proper credit to your account. Packages returned without an RA will be discarded.
